  Worst customer service. The lady who was dressed like a manager was completely rude she treated my mother like she was dumb. We asked that they not burn the pizza because the pizzas that were coming out of the oven were black and burnt on the crusts. When we asked that they make sure it wasn't burnt she states well I know how to coo pizza I do it all day... we were being super nice and she kept cutting my mom off and telling her the pizzas were fine and always like this.. we have always had pizza here a d enjoyed our service she was way out of line ans rude we have never had burnt pizza and never had problems... believe me I will be contacting the owner tomorrow this was ridiculous.

  Best pizza I ever had!! This is a place where you wanna keep coming and coming just for the food. The waiting time isn't half bad, and they just added new employers to the shift, so you might have minor issues, but they will come around eventually. My personal liking is the Meat Lovers Pizza, and their pizza bread! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Waterford!
